We will see all three yoga one by one in it we will see its method and benefits to doing it.

Halasan

This is very good asana in yoga. This asan also known as yoga for beginners.The body is shaped like a plow because of it is called Halasana.

Method

Lie flat on the ground. Keep both hands close to the body. Now exhale with a laxative, then keep both legs together and slowly raise them. Bend the legs towards the sky and then towards the back of the head. Keep the legs straight and the paws on the ground. However the beard will stick to the chest. Establish the mind in a pure cycle. To Doing this Asan the time limit can be extended from two to three minutes to 20 minutes.

Benefits

Halasan’s study eliminates indigestion, constipation, hemorrhoids, under development of thyroid, deformity, premature aging, asthma, cough, anemia etc. This asana makes the lever better. Chest develops.However As respiration becomes faster, oxygen purifies the blood. Cures sore throats, stomach ailments, arthritis. Reduces belly fat. The headache goes away. Semen disorder goes away. Bad thoughts are destroyed. The nervous system is purified. The body becomes strong and radiant.

Halasan makes the spine elastic. Spine is very important part of our body .The strength, vigor, health and enthusiasm of youth are maintained.

By doing this Asan the health of the spinal nerves is maintained. Therefore, the symptoms of aging do not come soon. As the stomach pulse gains strength, lie down on a seat on the ground. Inhale and exhale into the lungs. Now bend any one leg from the knee. Bring the fingers of both hands together and hold the leg bent by it and apply it to the abdomen. Then the head should be raised from the ground and the nose should be bent and the legs should be seated on the knees.

Diseases of the waist, back and neck are eliminated. If the liver and spleen are enlarged, they return to normal. The power of work centers increases. With the rise of Apanshakti, the semen becomes ascendant due to the yoga of Udan Rupi Agni.

Halasan causes ejaculation of semen. This asana heals the growth of testicles, pancreas, and appendix. Increases thyroid gland dysfunction. Meditating awakens the Vishuddha chakra.

Pawanmuktasana

This is also important yoga for beginners. The wind in the body is released by doing this asana, so this asana is called Pawanmuktasana. Meditation in the Manipur Chakra. Complement before inhalation, then suppository and then laxative.

Pavanmuktasan_yoga for beginners

Method

Lie on the ground on a reclining seat. Inhale and exhale into the lungs. Now bend any one leg from the knee. Get the fingers of both hands together and hold the legs bent by it and press them with the abdomen.

Then raise your head from the ground and kneel with your nose bent. Keep the other leg straight on the ground. Continue to inhale and exhale during this action. Only after resting the head and feet on the ground (pavanmuktasana). Apply laxative, exhale. Perform this action with both legs simultaneously.

 This asana can also be done by bending both the legs together.

Benefits

Regular practice of pavanmuktasana reduces abdominal fat. Constipation is removed. Doing this asana makes the abdomen sit up when the abdomen rises. If there is any problem in defecation in the morning, by drinking a little water and doing this asana 15-20 times, defecation will be relieved.

This asana increases memory. Intellectually active doctors, lawyers, writers, students and sedentary traders, clerks, etc. But main thing is it should do this asana regularly and must.

Yogamudrasana

This posture is very important in yoga practice hence its name Yogamudrasana. Yogmudrasan  yoga for beginners we can do it easily.

Method

Apply Padmasana and move both hands behind the back. Hold the wrist of the right hand with the left hand. Pull both hands and bring them to the meeting place of waist and spine. Now do a laxative. Holding the breath Yogamudrasana is held.

Meditation in Manipur Chakra and Breathing Laxative, Kumbhak, Complement. Bend the body forward. Let the head rest on the ground. Then slowly straighten the body by lifting the head and supplement. Initially this asana should be done only for five to ten seconds, three to five times in a sitting. Usually this asana should be done for three minutes. However To increase the time limit according to the interest and power of the person doing yoga for spiritual purpose.

Benefit

Kundalini is awakened when Yogamudrasana is well accomplished. Therefore Stomach gas disease is eliminated.Yogmudrasan is very good all complaints of stomach and intestines are removed. The liver, lungs, etc. remain intact. The heart becomes strong. Blood disorders are removed. Leprosy and sexual dysfunction are eliminated. However the abdomen is large and pressed inwards. As body becomes stronger. Increases mental strength.

Yogamudrasana strengthens the abdominal membrane. The abdominal organs are helped to stay in their proper place. The nervous system and especially the lumbar spine are strengthened. This asana usually has constipated limbs where the ADO touches. The pressure on it causes the intestines to become irritated. Constipation due to dislocation of limbs also disappears when the limbs regain their position.
